What an incredible week in Memphis for the USA/Canada Lions Leadership Forum! 🦁💙

Alabama Lions Sight Executive Director Amanda Traywick spent Wednesday in an all-day training with other Lions executives from across the USA, learning, sharing ideas, and making connections.

Later in the week, Amanda joined Alabama Lions as they learned the ropes of hosting the 2027 USA/Canada Lions Leadership Forum, which will be held right here in Huntsville, Alabama! 🎉

As this year’s Forum comes to an end today, we’re already looking forward to next year!

A huge thank you to the Saraland Lions Club for your generous additional donation yesterday! We truly appreciate your continued support of Alabama Lions Sight. It was a great surprise!
Because of the generosity of Lions Clubs like yours, we're able to provide vision screenings, eye exams, glasses, and expand our programs to serve more Alabamians in need. We couldn't do this important work without your support.
Thank you for believing in our mission and helping us make a difference—one person, one family, and one community at a time! 💙🦁👓

Thank you to the Lions of Alabama MD34 for allowing Alabama Lions Sight the opportunity to speak and share our mission.

We were honored to have Executive Director Amanda Traywick, Dr. Price, Dr. Smith, our Vision Screening Director Aldridge, Educational Coordinator Ali, and our Ambassador, Cambree Crumpton, representing Alabama Lions Sight.

It was a wonderful opportunity to showcase how Lions Club donations are directly invested back into our mission—advancing our Mobile Eye Clinic units with updated equipment, adding new vision screening technology, and expanding our ability to meet the growing need for vision care across Alabama.

Thank you for your continued support, generosity, and commitment to helping us make a difference in the lives of so many Alabamians. Together, we're bringing the gift of sight to communities across our state.
