Dear Friends,

Welcome to April and the spring season. We are so grateful for the support we continue to receive from our community of donors.

We have experienced a very busy first quarter. We have served over 100 clients so far in 2026. This volume of clients each month can very easily deplete our inventory of basic household items. We are very pleased to be able to share these items with our community and appreciate that you can support these efforts.
As we continue to see multiple clients / families each week, the ITEM OF THE MONTH for April will be bed sheets and blankets for all bed sizes. We are glad to accept gently used and new items.

Any time you would like to drop off your donation, you are welcome to visit us. If it is more convenient, you can ship your donations directly to the Community Furniture Bank warehouse.

Dear Friends,

Happy New Year! We are so grateful for the support we continue to receive from our community of donors.

In 2025, we served over 350 clients/families. Providing them with beds, sofas, linens, kitchenware, etc. gives them hope that their lives have meaning. The over 60 social service agencies that we have worked with this year consistently are amazed at the services we provide. The Community Furniture Bank is usually the last piece of the puzzle in getting clients all they need to be successful.

As we continue to see multiple clients / families each week, the ITEMs OF THE MONTH for February will be sheet sets and bed pillows. Extra fitted sheets, any size, are always a welcome addition. We are glad to accept gently used and new items.

We have almost completed the year, and we are so grateful for the support we continue to receive from our community of donors.

As we continue to see multiple clients / families each week, the ITEMs OF THE MONTH for December will be bath towels, shower curtains and kitchen towels. We are glad to accept gently used and new items.

We are amazed at how busy we have been this year. There have been over 342 individual clients/households served so far this year. The number of clients in our community needing assistance grows each week and we are striving to have the shelves stocked to meet their basic needs.

Item of the Month

Dear Friends,

It’s the beginning of the fourth quarter and the end of the year holiday season will be here before we know it. We are amazed at how busy we have been these nine months. We are eagerly looking forward to finishing the year strongly.

Our ITEMs OF THE MONTH for October will be linens.
We need bath towels, hand towels and wash/face cloths.
Kitchen linens, like dish towels, dish cloths and potholders are at an all-time low.

A true wish list item is mattresses, all sizes, with or without box springs. We are one of a few nonprofits that accept donated mattresses. We request that the mattress is in a gently used condition.

The number of clients served, and miles driven to pick up donations continue to soar each week. We are distributing household furnishings at a record speed.

CFB is HIRING!!

We are seeking team members to assist with picking up donated furniture. Availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm is required.

Dear Friends,

Fall is quickly approaching, and we will be experiencing the changing season before we realize it. We have had an exciting and busy eight months of this year and are eagerly looking forward to the last quarter.

Our ITEM OF THE MONTH for September will be dinnerware sets. We are running low on plates, bowls for soups and cereal, and coffee mugs. Kitchen cooking utensils and kitchen linens are great compliments to the dinnerware set needs. Both new and gently used sets would be appreciated by our clients. The number of clients served, and miles driven to pick up donations continues to soar each week. We are distributing household furnishings at a record speed.
