A4ONE uses athletics and fitness to be consistent in one another’s lives. We work daily to create lanes and remove barriers that from pursuing their fitness goals and athletic aspirations.

KORFBALL || Come by the facility Sunday at 3pm to play some Korfball.

Don’t know what Korfball is? Korfball is a unique, co-ed sport that blends elements of basketball, netball, and handball. Traditionally played by teams of four men and four women on a rectangular court, korfball emphasizes cooperation and gender equality. Unlike basketball, there is no dribbling or traveling, making communication and teamwork essential for scoring. This dynamic and inclusive sport offers a strategic and collaborative experience for all participants. The basics are easy to learn, no prior knowledge is necessary to join.
