C4 Mentoring

Cultivate 4 was created to inspire, empower and encourage our young men to discover their purpose.

THIS IS WHY WE MENTOR. 💯

A message from our Co-Founder, Leaveil:

When Tyrus asked, “Are you going to be there?” I told him, “No matter what I have to do to make it happen, I’ll be there.”

And today, I was there.

Last year, Tyrus Young was one of our young men in the C4 Suits 4 Seniors Initiative. Today, I had the honor of watching him graduate from Basic Combat Training. 🇺🇸

We’re proud of Tyrus for more than earning the uniform. We’re proud of the courage it took to take control of his future, push through challenges and setbacks, and keep moving forward when the road wasn’t easy.

This is mentorship. It’s not just showing up for the program. It’s showing up for the young man long after the program ends.

Tyrus, we’re proud of you, sir. Keep going. Keep growing. Your journey is just beginning. 🇺🇸💪🏾

Cultivate. Connect. Create. C4. 💯

C4 Mentoring is incredibly proud of these young brothers 🙏🏾 Back in August, we went into schools and asked administrators and staff to recommend young men they felt truly represented their schools for our Suits 4 Srs initiative. The diversity, character, leadership, and quality of students selected was outstanding 👏🏾🎓

This was the first year we really expanded the initiative on this level, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Not only were we able to get these young men fitted for tailored suits 🤵🏾‍♂️, but more importantly, we were able to build genuine relationships with each of them 🤝🏾

At C4, we do not take lightly the responsibility or opportunity to pour into young men during such an important transition in life. We want to sincerely thank the students and their parents for trusting us and allowing us the privilege of getting to know these incredible young men ❤️

SALUTE TO THE CLASS OF ’26 🎓🔥
Y’all are officially C4 OG’s now 🤝🏾🏆

Black boy joy ✊🏾❤️

This week we were able to fit a few of our seniors for the C4 Mentoring Suits 4 Srs initiative 👔💯

Seeing these young men put those suits on with confidence reminds us exactly why the work matters. Opportunity, preparation, pride, and self-belief all in one moment 🙏🏾✨

The mission always bigger than clothes.

🎓 SUITS FOR SENIORS | SPONSOR A YOUNG MAN’S NEXT CHAPTER 🎓

This spring, 8 young men will walk across the graduation stage — not just dressed sharp, but standing tall in purpose, confidence, and direction.

Through our Suits for Seniors initiative with C4 Mentoring, each senior earns a full professional suit as part of a rite-of-passage experience focused on manhood, accountability, and leadership.

💼 Cost to sponsor one senior: $550
That covers:
• Full suit (jacket & pants)
• Shirt, tie & accessories
• Dress shoes
• Mentorship programming & culminating ceremony

This isn’t about clothes —
It’s about how a young man sees himself when the world opens up.

For many of these seniors, this will be:
• Their first professional suit
• Their first time being publicly honored
• A moment they’ll remember long after graduation

🎯 Our goal: Sponsor all 8 seniors
🎯 Total impact: $4,400
🎯 Immediate impact: A life changed

If you can sponsor one, half, or even contribute toward a suit — it matters.
If you own a business, this is also a powerful way to invest directly into the next generation of leaders.

Suited in purpose. Ready for life.

Thank you for standing in the gap where it matters most. 🙏🏽

On Sunday we hosted the C4 Suits 4 Seniors Kickback, and it was a powerful reminder of what happens when men show up for young men.

The goal was simple: create a space where our young brothers could come together with mentors, community partners, and respected men from across the city. No club environment, no foolishness...just a relaxed setting to talk, laugh, share stories, and check in on our mental health.

A real build session.

One of the key questions we asked the young men was:
“At your age, what stresses you out?”

Real conversations.
Real mentorship.
Real growth.

🎓 SUITS 4 SENIORS: MEET JEREMIAH HARDIN 👔

Jeremiah Hardin of Wenonah High School.

That’s discipline. That’s direction. That’s ownership-minded thinking.
Over the next few weeks we will share more videos so the community can learn who Jeremiah is becoming and where he is headed.

SUITS 4 SENIORS – MEET TYRUS YOUNG 👔
Introducing the first young man in this year’s C4 Mentoring Suits 4 Seniors class: Tyrus Young.
Tyrus is weighing his college options and has big plans. He hopes to serve in the Armed Forces one day, but right now he’s choosing to start his college journey first. That kind of maturity and long-term thinking is exactly why this program exists.
This video is just the intro.
We’ll be dropping more soon so y’all can really get to know Tyrus 📍 his goals, his mindset, and the man he’s becoming.
Now here’s where we need the community:
Each senior earns a full suit through a rite-of-passage experience built on leadership, discipline, and accountability.
💼 $550 sponsors one senior.
Any amount helps, but $550 fully covers Tyrus’ suit and his full mentorship experience.
This isn’t about clothes:
It’s confidence, preparation, and showing up for the next chapter looking like where he’s headed.
