🎓 SUITS FOR SENIORS | SPONSOR A YOUNG MAN’S NEXT CHAPTER 🎓

This spring, 8 young men will walk across the graduation stage — not just dressed sharp, but standing tall in purpose, confidence, and direction.

Through our Suits for Seniors initiative with C4 Mentoring, each senior earns a full professional suit as part of a rite-of-passage experience focused on manhood, accountability, and leadership.

💼 Cost to sponsor one senior: $550
That covers:
• Full suit (jacket & pants)
• Shirt, tie & accessories
• Dress shoes
• Mentorship programming & culminating ceremony

This isn’t about clothes —
It’s about how a young man sees himself when the world opens up.

For many of these seniors, this will be:
• Their first professional suit
• Their first time being publicly honored
• A moment they’ll remember long after graduation

On Sunday we hosted the C4 Suits 4 Seniors Kickback, and it was a powerful reminder of what happens when men show up for young men.

The goal was simple: create a space where our young brothers could come together with mentors, community partners, and respected men from across the city. No club environment, no foolishness...just a relaxed setting to talk, laugh, share stories, and check in on our mental health.

A real build session.

One of the key questions we asked the young men was:
“At your age, what stresses you out?”

Real conversations.
Real mentorship.
Real growth.

🎓 SUITS 4 SENIORS: MEET JEREMIAH HARDIN 👔

Jeremiah Hardin of Wenonah High School.
Jeremiah already has his path mapped out. After graduation he plans to attend trade school for building and construction. He has a job lined up in the field and will be working while learning, gaining real hands on experience in both the craft and the business side of the industry.
That’s discipline. That’s direction. That’s ownership-minded thinking.
Over the next few weeks we will share more videos so the community can learn who Jeremiah is becoming and where he is headed.

Introducing the first young man in this year’s C4 Mentoring Suits 4 Seniors class: Tyrus Young.
Tyrus is weighing his college options and has big plans. He hopes to serve in the Armed Forces one day, but right now he’s choosing to start his college journey first. That kind of maturity and long-term thinking is exactly why this program exists.
This video is just the intro.
We’ll be dropping more soon so y’all can really get to know Tyrus 📍 his goals, his mindset, and the man he’s becoming.

One of our mentees and their family recently experienced a devastating house fire and, heartbreakingly, lost everything. They are safe, but they are now facing the overwhelming task of starting over from nothing. 10 years. One standard.
What started in 2016 as two men with a vision turned into a decade of purpose, discipline, and impact. We didn’t chase recognition; we built foundation.
C4 Mentoring has never been about just talking to young men. It’s been about restoring heritage where it was forgotten, demanding education where excuses were accepted, developing leaders instead of followers, and defining manhood when the world tried to blur the line.
Over these years, we’ve watched boys grow into men. We’ve taken young men places they never imagined seeing. We’ve created memories, structure, and belief that will outlive us.
We didn’t count the years.
We built something that lasts.
Salute to every mentor, supporter, parent, and young man who has been part of this journey. This is legacy work.

We kicked off our C4 Mentoring Suits 4 Srs initiative yesterday… and these young kings showed OUT.

Students from three Birmingham City Schools pulled up strong: Ramsay, Wenonah, and Parker (a few missing from the photo). Proud ain’t even the word.

Big salute to the administrators who made this possible.

Once these young men complete our Manhood & Brotherhood Development Sessions, they’ll earn a brand-new tailored suit to step confidently into the next chapter of their lives.
