Advocates Needed. Advocates are state-wide volunteers that use the most powerful tool they have, their own personal stories, to communicate to our nation’s leaders the financial, medical, and emotional costs of T1D. Use your voice to help secure Federal funding for important diabetes research, inform health and regulatory policy, and improve the quality of life for those affected by T1D until we find cures.

Signing up to be an Advocate takes less than a minute and helps us get closer to our vision, a world without Type 1 Diabetes!

T1D has impacted every generation of Chrissy’s family—from her father, to her and her twin brothers, and now her young son. Her story is powerful, personal, and a reminder of why this mission matters so deeply.
