A nonprofit renovating abandoned tennis courts at Fountain Heights Park reported construction equipment missing from the site Friday morning.

We are finally starting construction of the Multi-use Court in Fountain Heights Park!
The new asphalt slab will be complete by the end of next week, and the Dasher Boards will be installed as soon as the shipping container arrives!
That means Birmingham will have its first outdoor asphalt hockey rink by the end of March!!
We still have quite a bit of money to raise for this project, so we are selling advertising space on the dasher boards starting at $500 for a 3x4' panel with a vinyl decal of your logo or ad.

We are planning a couple fundraising tournaments for multiple sports on the new court this year, including a Tall Bike Joust Scrimmage in June, so stay tuned for those details!!

***HUGE NEWS!!***
We put a deposit on the Dasher Board system for our multi-use court project in Fountain Heights Park!!
Everything we need (walls, safety glass containment, penalty boxes, players benches, and hardware) is in the shipping container just waiting to be hauled down to Birmingham!
Asphalt is set to be poured for the foundation of the court in mid March, and the Dasher Boards will be installed immediately afterwards, then Court A will be ready for all sorts of sports!!
HERE IS WHERE WE NEED YOUR HELP...
We still need to raise money so we can make our monthly payments for everything, which is why I am asking you to sponsor this project through our Dasher Board advertising program.
To put it simply, you can purchase space on the boards to put your company's logo that will remain on the boards for two years. After which we will ask you for a renewal of your sponsorship at a highly discounted rate every year following.

We have partnered with Little Caesars Pizza for the next 30 days in order to raise funds for our multi-use court project in Fountain Heights Park, Birmingham, Alabama!

This will be the first outdoor hockey rink (140x75' with dasher boards) in Birmingham and will host multiple sports leagues for all ages. Roller hockey, ball hockey, bike polo, futsal, roller derby, and more.
