The Gospel is two things…

Just two things.

1️⃣: My righteousness is in Christ and is secure. You do not have to earn it. You do not have to fight to keep it. Galatians 2:21

2️⃣: You are now a son, or you are now a daughter. Because of that you have status. You are no longer an orphan who has to fend for himself or for herself. You have a God who is both loving and able. 2 Peter 1:3

Here is this weeks reflection:

This week as you have “gaps” (the space between where you are and where you are called to be) exposed in your life, ask God to speak the following truths to your heart:

~ You are pure and clean. (I John 1:5-9)

~ Christ lives in you. (Galatians 2:20)

~ Your heart is alive to God. (Romans 6:11)

~ Your sinful nature has been put off or stripped away. (Colossians 2:11)
