Received an MOR finding? The next step is making sure your response is complete, organized, and easy to review.

Before submitting, owners and agents should:

- Address each finding
- Explain corrective actions
- Match supporting documentation to the correct finding
- Label attachments clearly
- Navigate's customers can upload the response and supporting documentation through the portal

Turns out the “Darth Vader” building is switching to the light side.

The long-vacant black-glass office tower in Fairfax County is being converted into 80 affordable apartments for households earning 60% of the area median income or less.

It’s the county’s first fully affordable office-to-housing conversion — and the redevelopment will also replace much of the parking lot with green space.
The project will create new housing close to jobs and services, with residents expected to begin moving in early 2027.

The previously dubbed "Darth Vader" office building in Fairfax County, Virginia, is being transformed into an affordable apartment building.

More than $10.4 million in state housing tax credits will support affordable housing projects across Connecticut.

The 2026 Connecticut Housing Finance Authority awards will support 24 nonprofits and more than 450 homes and apartments across 15 municipalities. Projects range from new construction and preservation to supportive housing and homeownership assistance.

Demand exceeded available resources, with 37 applications requesting more than $16 million in tax credits.

More than 450 affordable homes and apartments will be constructed with $10.4 million in state tax credits, distributed to 24 nonprofits.
