Local Scouts Take Adventure to New Heights!

Three Scouts from Mentone’s Troop 4178 recently represented Northeast Alabama at the 2026 National Scout Jamboree in West Virginia. From zip lining and kayaking to scuba diving, patch trading, and making new friends from across the country, Hunter Battles, Myles Battles, and Baxter Austin packed plenty of adventure into their 10-day experience!

On Friday, Sept. 4th, both the Huntsville and Birmingham Offices will be closed for an employee retreat. Both Scout Shops will be open regular hours. Normal hours will resume on Tuesday, September 8th.
