For 9 incredible years, Operation Fill a Backpack has been showing up for kids in our community!

Because of our incredible volunteers and community partners, 300 local students are heading back to school with brand-new backpacks filled with the supplies they need to start the year strong!

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing sponsors Olive Garden, AdTrav, and 205 Hoops for helping make our 9th annual Operation Fill a Backpack possible, and to every volunteer who packed, donated, organized, and served alongside us.

300 backpacks. 300 students. One community showing up BIG. 🎒❤️🎒

So proud of these incredible UAB students and their partnership with LHSH!

From planning to ex*****on, they created a meaningful fundraising event and poured even more love into handmade cards for the Children’s Hospital of Alabama.

Serving hearts in action...this is what it’s all about. Congratulations on an amazing event!
