Along with serving teams, we also serve individual athletes! Helping them grow not only as players but more importantly as people.

Meet Christian Meluwoko, professional basketballer currently playing in Israel and proud member of the Nigerian National Team. Christian’s growth off the court is not only making him a better leader, husband, father, and friend, but he is playing with a level of freedom that is producing results on the court too! So thankful to be on the journey with Christian!

Like Christian, Season Builders come away from our transformational mentoring program with more confidence - less anxiety, more peace - less chaos, and more purpose - less frustration.

When you grow as a person, you love the person in the mirror and you are equipped to take on the challenges and opportunities of life.

What an incredible day at the 2026 Season Builder Culture Clinic!

We are incredibly grateful for everyone who joined us for a day centered around culture, leadership, mental health, and what it means to build stronger teams.

A huge thank you to Butch Thompson, Kyle Stark, and Dr. Braden Brown for sharing their experience and expertise, and to all of the coaches and sports administrators who came ready to learn, connect, and grow.

We also want to thank our generous sponsors and amazing volunteers. Their support and hard work made it possible to offer this experience completely free to coaches and administrators.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to invest in the coaching community and create a space for meaningful conversations and practical takeaways that can make a difference long after the event ends.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s Culture Clinic such a meaningful day. We can’t wait to see you again next year!

CB&S Bank was honored to sponsor the Season Builder 2026 Culture Clinic-a one-day culture development experience designed to equip high school and college coaches across all sports with the perspectives, practical tools, and inspiration needed to build value-based cultures in their programs.

Coaches had the opportunity to learn from world-class culture and leadership experts, as well as fellow coaches, gaining insights on how to build and sustain cultures that positively impact not only their athletes, but their programs and communities as well.

Representing CB&S Bank at the event were Sean Plouse, Community Development Officer; Chuck Langseth, Branch Sales Manager at our Madison branch; Clint Kirkland, Regional President of the North Central Area; and Chris Gay, Treasury Management Sales Consultant. They were joined by special guests and local coaches Mitch Witcher, Melvin Allen, and Wesley Waters.

At CB&S Bank, we're proud to support the coaches in our communities who invest in young people, helping develop the character, values, and leadership skills that will serve them both on and off the field.

Another amazing session with UAH Softball. This week’s topic… TRUST & CONNECTION

Broke into groups and each person shared who their hero was, a hardship they have gone through in their life, and a hilarious moment.

Proud of the vulnerability and honesty. We left the room with more understanding, appreciation, empathy, and respect! Bottom line.. we became more connected today!

A connected team is tough to beat!!! Charger Softball
