All good things must come to an end. 💚💛

We are saying goodbye to three Board of Directors as they transition off the board this month.

🔥Vice President and Co-Social Director Terry Mills
🔥Director of Community Engagement Audrey Coachman
🔥Director of Communications Lauren Woods

The trio worked tirelessly to build a stronger, more connected Network for alums. If you noticed more opportunities to connect, thank T. Mills! Increased engagement with helping the community? Let’s give a round of applause to Audrey. Noticed heightened visibility of all things BAN on your timeline and/or email inbox? Shoutout to Lauren!

We appreciate their commitment to the Network! 👏🏾 Though we are sad to see them go, we are excited to see them continue to excel in their respective fields as Blazer alums.

Everyone, please join us in sending them warm wishes and gratitude as they finish their terms.

Black Alumni Week isn’t just about reconnecting. It is also about giving back. 💚

Before the tailgate turn up, members of our Community Engagement committee gathered together to offer hope.

Earlier that week, we held a diaper drive for Bundles of Hope. Then, on Saturday, our volunteers once again teamed up with the organization and packed bags full of essentials for those in need.

Community Engagement is at the heart of BAN, and we love opportunities to make a positive impact.

It was a SOLD OUT crowd for our intimate w**e tasting at the brand new Chateau Bevvy Winery in Historic Downtown Bessemer. 🥂

The w**ery is the very first of its kind in Jefferson County. Our alums enjoyed learning about the delectable sips in the cozy venue.

Thank you, Chateau Bevvy, for showing us a good time! If you missed last night, be sure to catch us the remainder of this week.
