A federal judge granted a request led by the state of Texas and joined by Alabama and other states to temporarily block President Obama's executive action.

While this lawsuit takes place in the courts system, our families and friends have been left in a legal limbo thanks to the most recent attacks from anti-immigrant politicians. We are confident that in the end, the courts will stand with immigrants and relief programs will be implemented soon.

Are you looking to expand your resume during this summer break? Do you want to be a part of something bigger than yourself? Do you want to help secure expanded rights immigrants in Alabama and protect against family separation?
