In 2022, the seed was planted. 🌱🏀

Not just for another basketball league…
but for a movement centered around culture, opportunity, exposure, and community.

Fast forward to 2026 and the HBCU Basketball Association is now bringing together former professional athletes, coaches, business owners, community leaders, youth programs, and athletes all under one vision.

Founded by Kimberly Danielle , HBCUBA was created to help remove financial barriers, create exposure opportunities, and build a platform where athletes can continue developing their game while being connected to college, overseas, and professional opportunities.

From free tryouts and youth camps to community partnerships and professional ownership, this vision continues growing bigger than basketball.

So yeah… respectfully…
