Saturday was Recover Together hosted by Silver Linings at the Oxford Civic Center. Our own, Carla Bugg, was the keynote speaker! Carla has a powerful recovery story. If you ever have an opportunity to hear her speak, definitely try to make it. She brings a powerful message of hope and how we can recover!

Halloween at R.O.S.S. is back on Oct 31st, 5:30pm–8:30pm. Free food, games, prizes, trunk‑or‑treat, haunted house, and our big costume contest. A safe, fun night for the whole community.

Different day, SAME great event! 🎉

Join AIDS Alabama and for our inaugural OctSober Resource Fair, a FREE community event celebrating recovery, wellness, hope, and connection!

HERE'S WHAT'S HAPPENING:
• Connect with local organizations offering resources for addiction recovery, mental health, housing, healthcare, and community support.
• Hear inspiring stories from people in recovery.
• Participate in wellness activities, including Narcan training and distribution with R.O.S.S.
• Discover resources, ask questions, and connect with people who can help.
• Enjoy raffles, giveaways, food, refreshments, a bouncy house, and family-friendly fun!

💙 Whether you're in recovery, exploring treatment options, supporting someone you love, or just looking to connect with your community, EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

🌞 RAIN OR SHINE, WE'RE MAKING IT HAPPEN ON SUNDAY! If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll move the festivities indoors.

💜 New Weekly Group in Rainsville!

Our ROSS Outreach Specialist, Amanda Townson, who serves DeKalb, Cherokee, and Jackson Counties will be hosting Pathways into the 12 Steps every Tuesday from 12–1 PM at the Sand Mountain Recovery Café, 155 Main Street West in Rainsville.

This group explores the 12 Steps through different pathways and perspectives, because at ROSS, we believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to recovery.

💚 There are many pathways to recovery—and all pathways are welcome.
