Mr. Moore established the Walter L. Moore Scholarship Foundation to honor the memory of his brother Walter, ensuring that deserving students across Birmingham would have the support they need to pursue their dreams. Through his vision and dedication, countless young people have been allowed to build brighter futures.

As we grieve this tremendous loss, we are committed to carrying forward the legacies of both Reggie and Walter. Their passion for education and love for the Birmingham community will continue to live on through the foundation's work and the lives of the students we serve.
