The National Trends and Services Facet of The Tri-County (AL) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated collaborated with JAG at Wenonah High School to register eligible students for the upcoming November 3rd elections. Under the leadership of Kaye J. Jackson, the JAG students graciously welcomed us and assisted with the registration process from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM today.

Yesterday, the Tri-County (AL) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated NTS Facet was proud to bring “This Yard Votes” to Miles College again during its Homecoming game against Lane College!

Amid all the excitement and Golden Bear spirit, our Link sisters were on the Yard conducting a nonpartisan voter registration drive and sharing voter information with members of the community. It was a wonderful opportunity to combine service, civic engagement, and the energy of Homecoming while helping ensure that individuals had access to the resources they needed to register.

From the Yard to the community, service remains at the heart of what we do.

Today, the Tri-County (AL) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated NTS facet was proud to be on the campus of Miles College conducting a nonpartisan voter registration drive during the live taping of the Rickey Smiley Morning Show!

What a wonderful morning of community, connection, Homecoming excitement, and civic engagement. We were grateful for the opportunity to provide voter registration resources and information while joining the Miles College family for this special Homecoming experience.

The Birmingham (AL), Magic City (AL), and Tri-County (AL) Chapters of The Links, Incorporated joined together for our Annual Walk for Healthy Living at Brenda’s Brown Bosom Buddies Sistah Strut, walking in support of breast cancer awareness, honoring survivors, remembering those we have lost, and standing with the families whose lives have been touched by this disease.
