Call or stop us on the sidewalk if we can help you! How can we help, Birmingham? From tourists and locals to downtown businesses - we're here to help you. SAFE: As we patrol on foot, Segways, and bikes, CAP ambassadors' visibility and attention often deter bad behavior and activities. Call us to request security escorts within the City Center district. CLEAN: We improve public spaces with regular

litter patrols, pressure washing, graffiti removal, and beautification. FRIENDLY: We are always looking for opportunities to help downtown visitors, residents, and workers. Need directions or information? We also have a full-time ambassador dedicated to helping connect individuals experiencing homelessness with the resources they need. Our CAP ambassadors are dressed in bright blue and patrol downtown seven days a week. Say hello the next time you see us - if we don't talk to you first!
