Project SEARCH Ross Bridge 2025-2026 has completed onboarding and the first rotation has begun. Thanks to Rick Smith and the Renaissance Ross Bridge family for hosting us for the fourth year! We look forward to an amazing, inspiring, and productive year with these fabulous interns.

We wrapped up a fantastic year with these young adults at Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort & Spa! We are grateful to all who supported us throughout the year. A special thank you to Ross Bridge Resort, UniFirst, Applebee’s Grill + Bar-Hoover, Shoe Station-Vestavia, and UAB-main. If you visit one of these businesses, chances are you’ll see a familiar face! Looking forward to the great accomplishments these guys, and gal, will achieve!

November was a busy month finishing rotation one, starting rotation two, Open House, and Thanksgiving. But, the absolute highlight was visiting with Mayor Frank Brocato, Ken Grimes, and Kelly Peoples all with the City of Hoover. The interns asked questions which led to a great conversation and the group saw the interns hard at work in their departments. We are appreciative of the time they spent with us and their interest in Project SEARCH.

Hats off to our fantastic intern Alexander “Vitali” Hall who has been hired as a Steward at Ross Bridge. Vitali is an exceptionally creative and smart young man who excels at organization (I may need him to help me with my closets someday 😊). His ability to organize and sort and his attention to detail will be a great benefit to Ross Bridge and we congratulate him on the start of an outstanding career!
