This month, we’re diving into a deeply important part of life after loss: navigating relationships and isolation.

Grief can make even the closest relationships feel complicated. You are not alone if you’ve felt distant from friends, overwhelmed by social situations, or unsure how to express what you need. In this session, we’ll explore those feelings together - with honesty, compassion, and understanding.

Our featured activity is the Circles of Support, helping you identify safe people and places that can hold you, exactly as you are.

Our new and improved Peer Support Group continues this month as we explore the non-linear nature of grief. We will explore how our grief moves - not in neat stages, but in spirals, waves, and loops - through open-hearted discussion and a hands-on Grief Mapping activity.

💛 Open to anyone who has lost a pregnancy, infant, or child in any capacity
💛 Hosted via Google Meet, registration required

While video is encouraged, it is never required. Members are welcome to join by audio only if that feels more comfortable.

Wishing you all gentleness, rest and grace on what feels like an impossible day.

Year after year, it never gets easier without them. Mother's Day seems to magnify the hole in our hearts - the place on our chests where our babies should be sleeping. Carrying the weight of that grief every other day is hard enough.
