In the middle of a busy week, it is easy to let stress accumulate until it feels overwhelming. Try the Five-Minute Reset to ground yourself:

​Step Away: Physically leave your desk or the room you are in, even if it’s just to stand by a window.

​The 4-7-8 Breath: Inhale deeply for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, and exhale slowly for 8 seconds. Repeat this three times.

​Identify One Joy: Think of one small thing you are looking forward to today—like a favorite snack, a quiet drive home, or a show you enjoy.

​Taking five minutes for yourself isn't "wasting time"; it’s a necessary investment in your mental clarity and long-term productivity.
