Please join us for our monthly free community Pancake Breakfast this coming Saturday, June 6th, at MCC Birdsboro from 9-11am. All are welcome. We will also have food pantry items available, and the Anchored Ministry clothing trailer will also be on site. We also have something new starting this month, we will also have the new MCC Coffee Truck on-site with free coffee available and a on-site food pantry will be available. So please come out and see us.

MCC Birdsboro is offering this to all members of the Birdsboro community free of charge. Sign-ups will be available soon on the MCC website https://movingcommunitiestochrist.org/. With warmer weather here and our children spending time at the park. I wanted to share some safety tips.

Active Supervision: Stay within sight and reach of young children. Do not get distracted.

Establish a Secret Code Word: Create a unique code word to verify if someone else is picking them up. If the person doesn't know the word, the child should not go with them.

Trust Your Instincts: If a person or situation makes you feel uncomfortable, leave immediately.

Identify Safe Adults: Teach children to find police officers, security guards, or other mothers with children if they are lost.

Buddy System: Ensure children play in groups rather than alone, especially in secluded areas.

Be Aware of Grooming: Beware of strangers who show excessive attention, offer gifts, or ask children to keep secrets from parents.
