Two of the five rotary members were from Binghamton Breakfast Rotary Club working with the noon Binghamton Rotary club at the rumble ponies parking lot helping to distribute 100 boxes of food to people in need. Tractor trailer of food by the Food Bank of the Southern tier. There are many other volunteers from Visions Credit Union and other places at least 25 people were helping. https://foodbankst.org/

We are planning our Rotary Club Food and Social Meeting at Chenango Valley State Park restaurant on July 15th at 6:00pm
The address is 153 State Park Road, Chenango Forks, NY 13746. When you enter the park (at the front gate) turn to the right and follow around to the golf course. Mike Rogers will be our host at his restaurant next to the golf store.

The club will cover the cost of each member, and guests cost is $15 each and everyone is responsible to pay for their own drinks.

This is a friendly reminder to all club leaders that you need to edit your membership database in ClubRunner to add or remove members so that you have an accurate count by June 30th. On the first day of the new Rotary year, RI will use whatever number is in the database to bill you for dues and so will CNY. You want to be sure that's a correct representation of who is in your club for the new year!

The basic steps for editing the member database is for a Club President or Secretary to:
⚙ Go to CNYRotary.org and log in with the link in the upper right
⚙ Go to the Member Area (link also in upper right once logged in)
⚙ Click on the Membership tab, then Member Lists in the submenu that appears
⚙ Use that portal to add and remove members based on who has paid their dues

Remember that we have support for clubs if you need it.

CNY Rotary's year-end celebration of our leaders is called Inauguration. It is an opportunity to mingle with CNY leaders, reflect on the year that's soon-to-be complete, and look ahead at the year to come.
