Every family is different, and there’s no one-size-fits-all amount of postpartum support. If you’re not sure how many hours you might need, that’s okay! We can talk through your needs, your support system, and what you’re anticipating together.

I currently offer daytime and overnight support, with limited availability throughout the remainder of the year.

So overjoyed to announce I am officially a Certified Postpartum Doula! 🥹🦋

I could write pages detailing the journey of reaching this Mountainstone (aka a REALLY BIG milestone, if you know, you know 😉), but I will keep it short and sweet.

There is nothing in your power you can do to mess up or miss what is willed for you. If you have a dream, if you have a pull on your heart, if there is an ache that keeps calling you forward—keep taking the next step faithfully.

Don't look too far down the path. Just put one foot in front of the other.

Today, I'm so grateful that I get to keep moving forward. So grateful that I get to keep learning, growing, and expanding my capacity to serve families during the most precious and vulnerable seasons of their lives.

Thank you to the families I've had the privilege of supporting, and to the families I have yet to cross paths with.

Thank you to every single person who spoke life into me and reminded me this was possible. My win is your win. 🤍

I went to the expo to share about postpartum support...Instead, people shared their stories 🤍

Stories of hard births. Stories of loss. Stories of postpartum depression. Stories of showing up for the people they love.

I left feeling even more convinced of something I've always believed:

Mothers & families were never meant to do this alone.

Thank you for opening up about the challenges you and your loved ones have faced on your birth and postpartum journeys. I found myself taking notes throughout the day on the kind of offerings and support Mothered Majesty could offer our community in the future. I learned a lot, made meaningful connections and felt warmly welcomed into community. A huge thanks to Roots & Wings Integrative Wellness for creating the opportunity for us all to gather ✨
