Established 70 years ago, Binghamton University Women is a membership organization that brings together faculty, staff, retirees and spouses to build community. Coming together as a community since 1947

Whether you are well-connected, want to get connected, or want to reconnect, join Binghamton University Women building a community of extraordinary women. We are a social organization that brings together women from across the campus – staff, faculty, retirees, spouses and partners – for fellowship and service. You can be a volunteer leader or just get a boost recognizing familiar (and friendly) faces on campus, at events or at your favorite local grocery store. And there are tons of opportunities in between! The membership drive launches in August in time for the fall membership meeting in when classes resume in the fall (but you can join anytime!). Dues support Binghamton University Women‐sponsored programs, plus two endowed student scholarships, and awards. We look forward to spending time with you.

Wednesday, October 14 | 4:30–6:30 p.m. East Gym Addition, room A-G002
Park in lot E1 on the east side of the building; guests should enter through the ground-floor entrance.

Join us for our Fall Business Meeting featuring JoAnn Navarro, member and Vice President of Operations, as our keynote speaker. JoAnn will share updates on current Facilities Management projects and initiatives, including recently completed work and what’s coming next. This is a great opportunity to hear what’s happening around campus, connect with fellow members, and bring a friend!

And don’t forget your $30 cash or check for annual dues.

The Binghamton University Women and Friends annual NYC Bus Trip is back on Saturday, December 5, 2026. And whether you want to shop, visit museums, see the sights or simply spend the day exploring with friends, the Big Apple is waiting!

Departure: 7:00 A.M. from the East Gym Parking lot
Return: depart at 7:00 PM from Macy's in NYC

Cost: $78 per person
Open to all: Bring a friend, colleague, family member - or come solo and create your own NYC adventure!

We had a wonderful turnout for tonight’s Tavern Tour, with a great mix of new and returning members coming together for an evening of conversation, laughter and connection.

Thank you to everyone who joined us - we loved seeing familiar faces and welcoming new ones! Here’s to more opportunities to connect, make new friends, and enjoy time together.

IT'S TAVERN TIME! 🍺🕰️ Join us this Thursday, September 24, at 5:15pm at Shug's Sports Bar and Grill in Johnson City. What better way to welcome fall than with good food, drinks, and good company?
