Food and Health Network We strive to cultivate a viable regional food system through regional collaboration!

We are an eight-county coalition--including Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Otsego, Tioga, and Tompkins Counties--that is administered by the Rural Health Network of South Central New York. Our interdiscplinary network of members and partners is composed of expertise from the agriculture, public health, nutrition, education, and community development sectors. Your input helps our menus bloom with fresh, delicious ideas! We loved being a part of Ag Day at Chenango Forks High School and Chenango Bridge Wellness Day- bringing together education, agriculture, and wellness to strengthen our community!
