I want to take this moment to say thank you for the help we had to make Halloween happen for kids here in phelps park and the cars that were decorated for kids to get trunker treating along with the weather NO RAIN YEAH watch for pictures of event, will be up shortly

sat oct 18th free hallowen party from 1 to 4 hot dogs ,pop corn,cider , and special mud treat for everyone come on down kids can trunker treat in there costume as well , prizes for best decorated trunk ( we will provide the treats for u to hand out) and prizes for kids in costumes ( most original funniest and scariest )

if your interested in decorating your trunk please let me know FREE Halloween Event 1 to 4 prizes for best trunk and also Prizes for Kids in Costumes for Funnies,Scariest, and most Original also Free Hot dogs pop corn and cidar and will help out with the treats for kids so decorate ur car and help us give out treats

our frozen yogurt went well lets make our halloween the same come and help out we ,,you and all can do this
our next event will be Halloween in Oct and am thinking maybe a trunk treat so kids can go from trunk to trunk for treats along with hot dogs and cider and chips maybe with prizes for costumes but Will Need Your Help , along needing people with cars to decorate there trunks and also people helping with haunted house in the park building so if thats you please let me know could use your help in every way to make this a success contact myself or beth or someone in the north side assemble

DUE TO THE RAIN TODAY WE HAVE DECIDED TO CHANGE THE DATE TO A BETTER DAY TOMORROW SEPT 14TH # # # # 1PM TO 4PM PRIZES ,,RAFFLES GAMES, FACE PAINTING,BALLOONS AND GET YOUR HAND PRINTS ON THE BUILDING

looking for a few volunteers for sat 13th ( tomorrow) at phelps
park to help with games and kids hand prints on the building if interested come on down about noon to help out we will also be giving out to kids free frozen yogurt and face painting and balloons and play games from 1 to 4

Phelps Park is having a frozen Yogurt Social with Toppings,,
Games and Balloons ,, Face painting,, as well as hand prints on the building ,,along with Cornelius helping to finish painting the building ,so come enjoy time and socialize with others in fact even become a volunteer for the things we do in the park contact myself or beth if u r interested !!! hope to see you there sept 13

Yesterday at Phelps Park on the northside of Binghamton, a young boy was seen in the Community gardens filling a couple of bags with veggies, when Ginny yelled to him he took off running. A little while later we saw 2 young girls by the "The Little Free Library" (we had checked it earlier and it was nearly full and now it was empty(the girls were caring large purses. The girls returned shortly after and they were approached and asked about the books, they said they hadn't gotten any and were reminded to take one /leave one so others can use the books as well. They were asked if they saw the boy running with the bags. They said it was thier brother and he had been told to do it by an adult. We are not so much angry about the veggies being gone but please don't ask kids to steal for you-if you need food just ask there is plenty of help out there. We don't want anyone getting in trouble over this and are not pursuing it. By the way one of the girls returned some books today. Ask for help if you need it-please please please. Good things still happen!
