Additionally, we provide free personal case management services to individuals interested in goal setting, forming healthy habits, healthy communication, and personalized risk reduction services. We have a variety of free safer s*x supplies including male and female condoms, l**e, dental dams and more! Prevention Services staff are here to help answer any questions you may have about health and relationships. Our Story

The STAP Prevention Services office in downtown Binghamton offers free HIV, Hepatitis C, syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia testing and risk reduction services, as well as linkage to many resources and individual support. We provide walk-in testing and testing by appointment at our office, located at 206 State Street, just a two-minute walk from the bus station. Can't come to us? No problem! We also provide community testing appointments out of our mobile testing unit. Additionally, we provide free personal prevention case management services to individuals interested in goal setting, forming healthy habits, healthy communication, and personalized risk reduction services through our Navigation Services. We have a variety of free safer s*x supplies including male and female condoms, l**e, dental dams and more! Prevention staff are here to help answer any questions you may have about health and relationships.
