We recently sent out our newsletter recapping all the events from the second quarter of the year.

Didn’t get an email? That’s because emails through the BARS website are limited to active USA Weightlifting members.

To help everyone in our community stay in the loop, the newsletter has also been posted on the nywso.com blog for those without an active membership.
