The Mississippi Low Income Child Care Initiative (MLICCI) is a state wide organization of child care providers, parents, and community people who are working together to build a grassroots constituency; advocate and enhance the quality of Child Care in MS We increase the number of eligible children served and strengthen the financial viability of the centers who serve them, so that no mother has to choose between the job she needs and the child she loves.
