As we went through his investigation the only truth we can find of the words she said on the body cam and in her statement was....

1. I TURNED AROUND
2. I SHOT HIM

ALL THE REST OF WHAT SHE SAID HAS BEEN FORENSICALLY REBUTTED OR JUST SHOWN AS AN OUT AND OUT LIE.....

So let's stay on the LIES I was told, I have a recorded phone conversation with Arthur (ART) DeBorger, the Deputy Coroner for Harrison County HA HA.

First, let me address the part that he had ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHT to call me on the phone to tell me Cody had been shot and killed by a lunatic, Rena Wiggins, he NEVER asked, 1. Are you alone or is someone with you? 2. Are you driving? He just blurted out that Cody was shot and killed. Let me also state, he knew how to find me since the business name is PLASTERED on the back of Cody's truck and he referred to the business name.

There must have been 45 to 60 people on the crime scene do you think MBI or Harrison County Sheriff's Department had enough COMMON F'ING COURTESY TO COME TO ME, HELL NO THEY ARE ALL PIECES OF S**T...... I HAVE PLENTY OF EVIDENCE TO BACK UP THAT STATEMENT.

Back to ART, he also had ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHT to walk out of the woods on May 18, 2023 after Rena Wiggins gunned down an UNARMED Man and open his mouth to say ANYTHING. HOWEVER, HIS POS shelf thought it would be a good idea. HMMM talk about actions UNBECOMING a Deputy Coroner.....I straightened that out with his boss, but I am not done legally handling him either.

Then to top it all off he had the AUDACITY to call me with Cody's Tox report results.....HMMMMM WHO THE "F" does he really think he is???????

He stated, there was alcohol in his system welllllll LIES LIES LIES

I had Cody's tox report gone over by more than 1 lab.....the State Lab Themselves did not find Alcohol in his blood, nor did they find Fentanyl or anything else that impaired him.....

It AMAZES ME, that everyone up to and including MBI will lie to your face. How do they get away with it.....IDK....but I will say ....

NO MORE. I WILL AIR ALLLLLLL OF THEIR DIRTY LIES AND SHOW WHO THEY REALLY ARE........I'M COMING IN EVERY LEGAL WAY I CAN AND I HAVE BROUGHT THIS CASE TO A LEVEL YOU CAN NO LONGER COVER UP FOR YOUR GOOD OLE BOY SYSTEM........

HERE ARE THE FINDINGS::::

ETHANOL (ALCOHOL)

Interpretation:
• State ME level is extremely low — consistent with postmortem fermentation, not drinking.

🌿 3. THC / MA*****NA

Interpretation:
• State ME shows low THC, not impairment.

💊 4. FENTANYL & METABOLITES

Interpretation:
• State ME: No fentanyl detected in blood at time of death.

• 4‑ANPP in ME blood is unusual — suggests past fentanyl exposure, but not active fentanyl at death.
The State’s own reference comment says it is “pharmacologically weak.”

⚡ 5. METHAMPHETAMINE

Interpretation:
• No methamphetamine in blood at death.

☕ 6. CAFFEINE

Normal and medically irrelevant.

State ME Report (NMS Labs)
• No fentanyl
• No methamphetamine
• Very low THC
• Very low ethanol
• Shows what was in his body at death

ATTENTION MISSISSIPPI PARENTS & FAMILIES

Well let's talk about the WEAK, INEPT ATTORNEY GENERAL LYNN FITCH TODAY. Below is a list of Officer involved shootings and her rulings

Wonder how she sleeps at night? She literally could not have looked at Cody's case file. All the discrepancies in there HELEN F'ING KELLER could have seen.

DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE THIS? Cody's case was never sent to the Grand Jury..... HMMMM so she gets to make an opinionated call?

SADLY you were the investigator in the shooting death of my son Cody Mercer. I hope you spend EVERY SINGLE DAY OF THE REST OF YOUR LIFE thinking about what a HORRIBLE INVESTIGATOR you really are, or if you followed someone's direction HOW TRULY SPINELESS YOU ARE NOT ONLY AS AN INVESTIGATOR BUT AS A MAN AND FATHER YOURSELF. YOU TOOK AN OATH AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

I wonder what kind of training you had to become an Investigator????? THOSE ARE 2 OF MBI'S UPPER ECHELON THAT STOOD IN THE MEETING THAT NEVER OPENED THE INVESTIGATION AND HAD NEVER TAKEN THE TIME TO RIDE 1 MILE DOWN THE ROAD TO THE CRIME SCENE, WOW THEY REALLY THINK THEY ARE SOMEBODY..... TRUTH IS THEY ARE MERELY STATE EMPLOYEES WITH A TITLE AND A SAD REPRESENTATION OF MBI......... not all officers are POS however, I wish at least one of the 60 on the crime scene had the intestinal fortitude to step up.

It really doesn't matter WHO edited the tape....just matters that it was.........

I WILL FIGHT IN EVERY LEGAL WAY TO EXPOSE THE CORRUPTION THAT GOES ON HERE ON THE COAST, AND I AM NOT ALONE. EVERYTHING I HAVE HAS ALREADY BEEN FORWARDED TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES.

The Fact the Rena Wiggins and Jason Gazzo know each other..... should he have recused himself from the Investigation....or should I say...THE ABOMINATION OF AN INVESTIGATION..

Let's see GAZZO WHAT WAS MORE IMPORTANT ON MAY 18, 2023 than getting those on Cody's crime scene to MBI?????? Let me remind you it is about 1 mile from the crime scene to MBI.

14 Days to talk to Rena Wiggins, WOW that just gave her more time to make up s**t. And I mean S**T.......but it's ok, you and her just gave me more ammunition. If you don't think I can prove you wrong in a court of law...... think again.

3 Months and 13 days to talk to the lady in the suv Cody went in front of....HMMMMM She stated that she did not hear 7 gunshots 200ft away, wonder who got to her? Or maybe I just go after her license because obviously she can't hear a horn or a siren either. Don't put it past me.

3 Months 14 days to talk to Deputy Redditt. The first Deputy on the scene, REALLY, well he is not trustworthy either. I have video proof of that....... but amazingly his statement doesn't match his body cam, that of which I can hear before he MUTED it....well well well looks like OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE TO THE JUDGE.......HMMM But then again he does work for Harrison County Sheriff's Department which we all know is tainted with CORRUPTION. I wonder how he would see what he did if this was his child???????

Not questioning many statements made by ones on the scene. Sad that for all the years the Gazzo name has been associated with MBI this is the best you can do? HELEN KELLER could have done better. Or was it that someone told you what to do and how to do it????? Makes you wonder doesn't it. Regardless, Cody's Investigation was WEAK, TAINTED AND CORRUPT.

The question is did they even have the right to go on that land? Do the have jurisdiction? Who ordered the clean up in one day on land they do not own??????? I know soon you will too.
