Not enough engineers. Not enough developers. Not enough digitally fluent workers.

But here's what we rarely talk about:

The gap starts in childhood — in classrooms with no computers, no internet, and no exposure to the technology the world runs on.

A child who grows up without ever using a device is already behind before they apply for a single job.

At Tech On Hand, we believe the most powerful intervention isn't a scholarship. It's a laptop at age 7.
