The We, Montana! Story

Our slogan is “Life-long learning and engagement”. We’re building a community around people learning and staying involved in life, and we’re having a blast doing it! Up until now, most of our activity has been focus on facilitating those things that are difficult for homeschoolers to do at home, such as chorus, and skits, and such. But that’s just where we’ve started, and there’s much more to come in the future! We started in Fall 2018 with a homeschool chorus and quickly grew to offering over a dozen courses and programs. And now, in Fall 2020, we’re just now rolling our our Community Program, through which we’re offering an 8-hour seminar, Introduction to the US Constitution to members of the local Billings community---and if it proves popular enough, we might even take it on the road throughout the state!

We’re also excited to be building Sing, Montana!, a choral program that consists of our ongoing Homeschool Chorus, our new Sing, Montana! Women’s Chorus, and the Sing, Montana! Men’s Chorus that we hope to start sometime in the the next couple of years. Along the way, we’ve gotten more and more organized. We’re now a domestic Montana nonprofit corporation, and are awaiting federal tax-exempt status. Once we get that, we’ll start learning about fundraising, and the sky’s the limit as we grow from there!
