General information
Upward Bound has existed for 40 years on the Montana State University Billings campus, presently serving 75 eligible students from the following Billings area schools: West High, Senior High, Skyview High, and Hardin High Educational Talent Search has been on the Montana State Billings campus for nearly 10 years and currently serves 575 eligible students in Yellowstone County. ETS serves West High, Senior High, Skyview High, Laurel High, Huntley Project High, Shepard High, Lockwood Middle, Will James Middle, Lewis and Clark Middle, Riverside Middle, Castlerock Middle, Laurel Middle, Huntley Project Middle, Shepard Middle. Both Upward Bound (UB) and Educational Talent Search (ETS) are federally funded through the Department of Education to assist first generation, low income students prepare for college.
