🩵May is Mental Health Awareness Month🩵

Mental health is important for all of us. Kindness, patience, and compassion can make a big difference in someone’s day. Taking care of yourself and supporting one another helps create a stronger, more caring community for everyone.

Remember to:
-Be kind to yourself
-Check in on others
-Rest when needed
-Know that it is okay to ask for help
when you need support.

Small acts of kindness go a long way. Smile at a stranger, compliment someone. What is something you can do this month to spread joy in your community?

Aspyn Schnetter has spent years mastering a beam four inches wide and 16 feet long. Now, that work is taking her to the national stage — and fueling a fight to keep Special Olympics gymnastics alive in Montana.

Schnetter is one of four Montana gymnasts who will compete for gold at the USA Games in June. But the bigger challenge is finding enough coaches, volunteers and facility support to keep Special Olympics gymnastics alive in Montana.

Spring has sprung! Lately here at JCI, our days have been full of laughter, adventure, creativity, and connection.

From exploring the zoo, to casting lines, to getting creative with arts and crafts- every moment has been about trying new things, building confidence, and most importantly, having fun together.

We are so proud of the incredible individuals we support. Every outing, every smile, and every step outside of a comfort zone is a big win worth celebrating. Watching friendships grow, goals being achieved, and joy being shared is what it’s all about.

Yesterday was a special and meaningful day at JCI as we celebrated David’s retirement after more than 30 years of dedicated service. It was truly a happy yet bittersweet occasion.
For three decades, David brightened our days by delivering coffee with his signature big smile, along with plenty of wit and humor. To honor this incredible milestone, we gathered to celebrate with great food, drinks, and many shared memories.
Knowing David’s love for Michael Jackson, the celebration included Michael Jackson music and photos, along with a special new T‑shirt just for him—fitting tributes to someone who has brought so much joy to our workplace.
David, we will sincerely miss your smiling face, your humor, and the positivity you brought to JCI every day. We wish you nothing but happiness and success as you begin this next chapter and new adventure. Congratulations on a remarkable career!🥳
