SafeMontana statewide County chapters are positioning themselves to be on the November 2022 ballot and opt out their counties from recreational THC craziness. Remember to separate out medical and any false advertisements of revenue out of the ballot language, the voters can get mislead easily!

Won one and lost one last night…SafeMontana Granite County team congratulations! Yellowstone County took one on the chin. Although, the good news is Billings is still opted out of recreational ma*****na dispensaries, which just happens to be the large majority of YC!

Thanks to everyone who worked on the June 7th elections and donated their money and/or time to this very important cause of keeping Montana families safe from federally illegal drugs!

Over 25% of those who voted in favor of the legalization now say they would change that “yea” to a “nay” if they had known about the out-of-state dark money that was funding the proponents and their PR campaigns.

Safe Montana is a citizen-based coalition sharing a common goal of protecting the safety and maintaining the integrity of our state. Comprised of a group of Montana House Representatives, Senators, local business organizations and concerned citizens, we are setting the stage for the repeal of I-190 so that recreational pot shops will not invade our neighborhoods and other federally-illegal drugs will not be legalized at the state level.
