Community input is important as we move forward with upgrading this historic Billings property. We value your thoughts and hope you will join us!

The Native American Development Corporation will hold a public hearing on February 28th, 2024 at 6:00pm – 7:30pm at the Eagle Seeker Community Center (1125 Broadwater Ave. Billings, MT 59102) for the purpose of obtaining comments regarding the environmental review record for the proposed project that will include the partial renovation of the Eagle Seeker Community Center.

The renovation project will include the upgrade of dated infrastructure and building usable space for programs serving the community. At the public hearing the proposed project will be explained, including the purpose and proposed area of the project, activities, budget, possible sources of funding, any costs that may result for local citizens as a result of the project, and a decision will be made on the environmental assessment. All interested individuals will be given the opportunity to ask questions and express opinions regarding the proposed project and any environmental impacts. Comments may be given orally at the meeting or submitted in writing before February 28, 2024 at 12:00pm (MST).
