HRDC7 Child Care Department provides services for Families and Child Care Providers. Family Services include: the Best Beginnings Scholarship, Special Needs Subsidy, Child Care Referrals, Parent Education, and other Referral Services. Child Care Provider Services include: New Provider 360 Program, Child and Adult Care Food Program, Technical Assistance in (Licensing, Family Engagement, Business Support, Special Needs, and more), Provider Education, STARS to Quality, Special Needs Grant, and Referral Program. We are a private non-profit organization with the mission to empower people in need through mobilizing and developing community resources by creating opportunities for success in Big Horn, Carbon, Stillwater, Sweet Grass and Yellowstone counties.
