The American Indian Foods luncheon at the 2025 IAC Annual Conference had a fantastic turnout with a delicious menu prepared by the accomplished Chef Nephi Craig, an enrolled member of the White Mountain Apache Tribe. Chef Craig extended a warm welcome to attendees while sharing about his background, menu, and thoughtfully selected ingredients.

In partnership with the Intertribal Agriculture Council, Chef Craig has generously shared two recipes from the luncheon for all to recreate at home. To access the recipe cards, visit us at: https://ow.ly/aA5a50Ywokr

For thousands of years, the Passamaquoddy people have stewarded the land and harvested wild blueberries from glacial barrens in what is now Maine and New Brunswick. Unlike conventional varieties, these blueberries are never planted, they grow where nature intended. Today, the Passamaquoddy Wild Blueberry Co.—a certified Made/Produced by American Indians trademark business—brings this tradition to you with sustainably harvested, premium wild blueberries.
