Following his military service, Tom spent many years working as a truck driver, a profession that reflected his independent spirit. He deeply valued the bonds formed during his time in the Marines and looked forward each year to reunions with his fellow brothers-in-arms. A dedicated member of the Bridgman American Legion Post 331 for more than 50 years, Tom remained committed to supporting veterans and his community.
