501c34u Let us turn your passion into a new nonprofit – GUARANTEED! Realistically, to survive in the rescue world today, 501(c)3 tax-exempt status is crucial.

In 1994, we opened our doors in Huntington Beach, CA with the goal of helping as many charitable nonprofit organizations as possible in obtaining their NONPROFIT IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. Twenty years later, we are still providing expert IRS 501(c)(3) NONPROFIT Exemption Application preparation services to individuals and businesses in California and across the country. Over that period of

time, however, one particular area of the business became increasingly important to me – helping animal rescue and animal support groups to obtain their IRS Nonprofit tax status as 501(c)3 tax-exempt organizations. While I continue to prepare IRS and State Exemption Applications for any number of different nonprofit organizations, big and small, I keep coming back to the animals. With the crushing competition among all nonprofits today for the “charitable dollar” along with the overwhelming need for more animal rescue groups to flourish, organizations without tax-exempt status would be hard pressed to raise enough funding to survive for more than a short while. Once an organization obtains IRS 501(c)3 NONPROFIT tax-exempt status, they can legally offer a tax deduction to their contributors and donors for the contributions made to the organization. Our organization will be PRIMARILY conducted for the purpose of helping animal rescue and support groups to obtain their 501(c)3 tax-exempt status. FACT: Over 80,000 animals are euthanized EVERY WEEK! FACT: Shelters are overcrowded, understaffed and have suffered dramatic budget cuts
FACT: There are hundreds of animal rescue groups in CA all seeking funding for their charitable operations
FACT: ONLY through the efforts of animal rescue and support groups, coupled with public awareness and community involvement, will the needless slaughter of innocent animals be curbed.

Jerome Horwitz, famous for playing CURLY in "THE THREE STOOGES", was known to all as a protector of dogs. Curly's contract with Columbia Pictures included a clause that allowed his dogs to accompany him on the studio lot. Columbia limited it to no more than two dogs at a time, this due to the puppies' unplanned on-camera appearances from time to time. You can still see those surprise dog on set invasions in the first few short films. Typically surrounded by various dogs, Curly was known to come home with a stray dog and foster it until he could find it a permanent home. When the Stooges were out on the road, Curly took it upon himself to find a new home for at least one stray dog in every town they visited. Curly is estimated to have saved and rescued more than 5,000 dogs in his lifetime. This makes him a man ahead of his time, with a very admirable concern for man's best friend. Dogs are family ❤

If you have used our services, a frank and honest review of "how we did" would be most appreciated!
