The HUB (Helping, Uniting, Bridging) is an Angels of Action program that works with individuals and families to reduce barriers that they are experiencing when seeking support in times of need. The HUB serves as an intake and assessment center for families/individuals to call in and receive assistance in resource connections and referrals as well as a focus on building relationships, follow-up, an

d ongoing support. The HUB directs families to services that meet their needs as well as being connected with Angels of Action to help encourage and support them through the process.
