Have you been eager to get more involved with Pride Big Rapids? Now is your chance! We are thrilled to announce that we have open positions on our Board. We are seeking enthusiastic community members to help us make a difference, engage in lively discussions, and share fresh viewpoints.

Whether you're an seasoned volunteer or looking to give back for the first time, we would love to have your voice at our table.

Time: 4:00 PM
Location: United Church of Big Rapids, 2nd floor office

⚡Board Member Quick Facts:
Term Length: 2 years • Time Commitment: 1-3 hours per month • Assist with Community Events, Festival Planning & Fundraising

Come and Paint with Pride!

We have partnered with Painting with Toinette to host a FREE paint party for our LGBTQIA+ community—a chance to relax, create, and enjoy time together without the weight of everything happening in the world right now.

Together, we want to offer a space where, for just a few hours, we can focus on art, joy, and connection.

ALL supplies will be provided. Bring your own beverages/snacks to enjoy while painting.

Happy International Nonbinary Day! 💛🤍💜🖤

Non-binary People’s day is celebrated on July 14th each year as it falls directly halfway in-between International Women’s Day (March 8th) and International Men’s Day (November 19th). This represents the broad spectrum of non-binary identities. (Thanks to Ferris LGBTQ+ Resource Center for this tidbit!)

All kinds of gender expressions, and have always existed! Pride Big Rapids celebrates our nonbinary community members and all nonbinary people across the world!
