Judge Morse rubber stamped Governor Bill Walker's "Veto" of half your PFD in 2016. Outside legal scholars affirmed that it was a bad decision. Nearly 40 years of precedent should have made it obvious that a governor had no right to veto Alaskan's dividends.

My response to the crook Bill Walker on his recent Facebook post. Every man, woman and child in Alaska got financially scalped by this political operator. Most of the rich don't give a damn because they know the alternative. If the State must have a bloated government then the rich would pay for a lot of it via a tax.

"Bill Walker Brilliant !! You taxed the poor to fund your socialist utopia !! And then Judge Morse rubber stamped your PFD "VETO". Unsurprisingly, outside legal scholars have determined that it was a terrible ruling. 🤑 Let the poor and the working class fund the bloated government is Walker's ingenious solution.
