Judge Morse rubber stamped Governor Bill Walker's "Veto" of half your PFD in 2016. Outside legal scholars affirmed that it was a bad decision. Nearly 40 years of precedent should have made it obvious that a governor had no right to veto Alaskan's dividends.

My response to the crook Bill Walker on his recent Facebook post. Every man, woman and child in Alaska got financially scalped by this political operator. Most of the rich don't give a damn because they know the alternative. If the State must have a bloated government then the rich would pay for a lot of it via a tax.

Plan B. Vote out EVERY SINGLE INCUMBENT both Democrat and Republican in the State Legislature in 2026. Those that claim to be Pro-PFD are controlled opposition that have done nothing but provide cover for the theft. If they voted for a budget that included cutting two-thirds of your Dividend then that's all you need to know. If no one is running in your district then find someone or consider running yourself.

Unlike so many Alaskans that did nothing for their PFD's but fill out the application, the late Nick Brockett was on the Frontline fighting for all Alaskans for years. Thank you Nick ❤️ and all the other good folks that fight.
