We love that The Wave Youth Center provides on-site mental health support and a welcoming space for our students to hang out and recharge!

At The Wave, mental health support is a big priority for us. 💛

We know everyone is going through something — life stress, school stress, friendships, relationships, and everything in between. Navigating it all can feel overwhelming, and we see how hard that can be for our youth.

That’s why we’re always here for you. 🌊

Every Wednesday and Thursday, a licensed mental health therapist joins us at The Wave. They’re here whether you need to talk, need someone to simply listen, or just want to be around supportive people in a safe space.

No matter what you’re facing — we’ve always got you at The Wave.

Be a difference maker. How do you want to be remembered?
On Wednesday, our middle school students heard an inspiring message from Joe Beckman about the impact of kindness, connection, and everyday choices. We’re grateful for the reminder that changing someone’s day can truly make a difference.

Parents, you make a difference! Studies show teens who have a supportive parent or adult in their life are less likely to experiment with substances. Talk with your child today about drugs and alcohol. Need help with where to start? Visit https://www.sherburnesupcoalition.org/talk-early-talk-often

Before Winter Break, EPIC students hosted their 3rd Annual Cookies & Cocoa Event, bringing students together after school to enjoy cocoa, cookies, and create holiday cards for the Children's Hospital 🍪☕️

Events like this give our middle and high school students healthy, positive ways to spend time with friends and build community!
