Road conditions update – please share

As of 12:45 PM, road conditions are still passable but continuing to worsen as ice builds up. The Reagan County Sheriff’s Office is strongly recommending that everyone stay off the roads if at all possible.

Sheriff Jeff Garner was out in the city this morning and wants to remind anyone who must be out to:

- Drive slowly
- Increase following distance
- Use extra caution on bridges and overpasses
- Stay alert and avoid unnecessary travel

Please be careful, and if you don’t have to be on the road, stay home and stay safe.

Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude as we share this wonderful news: all of the angels from our Angel Tree have been picked up. To the residents of Reagan County, thank you for embracing this tradition with such generosity and love.

Each Angel taken represents a child whose holiday will be filled with joy, comfort, and hope—because someone in our community chose to make a difference. Your kindness speaks volumes about the strength of our community and the compassion that lives within it.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for showing up, for caring, and for keeping the true spirit of giving alive.
