Wellness Wednesday 🫶🏼đź§
This week is all about journaling! Journaling is a wellness technique used to dump our brain’s thoughts onto paper. This can help our brain feel less overwhelmed, anxious, angry, sad, or scared.
Journaling can be anything you want it to be - letter, poem, pictures, songs, or lists. This can be kept to yourself or shared with others. Journals can also be kept as a time capsule - you can reread what you wrote years ago! We’ve included some prompts below!
