The Camp Star 2026 camp is officially wrapped! The weekend was full of laughs, smiles, some tears, memories shared, and most importantly belonging and friendship. ⭐️
We would like to thank everyone who made camp possible this year!
-Camp Co-Directors Mrs. Kelsey and Nurse Ally for directing camp and running our camp training for volunteers
-Nurse Lizzie for keeping us all happy and healthy
-Program Managers Miss Ashley and Mrs. Alyssa
-All of our buddies, group leaders, and care team for being one on one with each and every camper and taking the weekend out of their busy schedules to do so
-Bay Cliff Health Camp for being INCREDIBLE hosts. Their hospitality is unmatched and we are so thankful to work with them every year
Most importantly we would like to thank all the campers and families! Thank you for trusting us with your grief for a weekend. Thank you for sending your kiddos to us so we can spread our mission and show them that no one has to grieve alone. We loved learning about each and every loved one that was honored this weekend. We do not take it lightly that you trusted us with these stories.
Camp Star 2027 planning will begin soon! For now, though, we rest and live in the magic of camp for just a little bit longer. 💛
