It’s that time of year again. Wreaths Across America will be back in Biddeford Maine for a convoy stop at the Middle School and December 13th for Wreath laying at our local Cemeteries.

The Wall That Heals

Final Preparations are underway! The Wall That Heals arrives tomorrow via motorcycle es**rt to Biddeford, Maine.

The ride will start at 810 US Rt.1 York Maine and travel Rt 1 into Biddeford with a full police es**rt. When the ride arrives all involved will be provided lunch from local establishments.

We still need volunteers so if you want to join us for this noble cause please sign up!

Brown Dog Carriers is happy to announce we are Hosting The Wall That Heals right here in Biddeford Maine. For more information on The Wall please click here www.vvmf.org/The-Wall-That-Heals/

This event is FREE to the public! Once The Wall is set up the exhibit will remain open 24 hrs a day so people can come and go as they please. the event takes place Wednesday July 17 at 2pm till Sunday the 21st at 2pm.

Over the years of being involved with Weeaths Across America I have gotten to know our local cemeteries very well when it comes to to our Veterans who are buried at them.

I have helped place flags at the same Cemeteries for a few years (since my Grandfather passed away) and there has always been students from a local school heading up the effort and they do a great job.

My son was disappointed his class did not get the opportunity to place flags but he handled it with grace. Today I took Elliot straight from his baseball game to the cemetery. As with anything there are Stones missed or flags that fall over. I swear he could spend days in the cemetery fixing flags, putting in flags for Veterans missed in the original distribution or just cleaning the ground level markers that might be covered in grass.

His Great Grandfather is proud and so is dad!

Hello Facebook friends,
I’m looking to raise money to buy an AED Machine (Automatic Externsl Defibrillator) for a local non profit.

Does anyone know of any local programs that would assist a non profit with this? This is a seasonal need so even if there are programs that lend them out that would work also. Just tossing spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks.

Any help is appreciated.

Truck staging day! Brown Dog Carriers and Logistics is honored to be representing with 2 trucks rolling into Arlington National Cemetery today.

Good afternoon, we have reached our goal and 3,300 Veterans we receive a Maine made Veterans Wreath at Biddeford, Maine’s local cemeteries. We will be laying wreaths on Wreaths Across America day this Saturday the 16th at 9am. Please come out and join us.
