🏆 Congratulations to the Officers and Members of Knights of Columbus Council #12592 — Our Lady Queen of Peace, Hainesport, NJ!

We are proud to celebrate Council 12592 for earning the prestigious Star Council Award for the 2025–2026 Columbian Year!

The Star Council Award is one of the highest distinctions a Knights of Columbus council can achieve, recognizing outstanding accomplishments in faith, charitable service, membership growth, and dedication to the principles of our Order.

To earn this distinguished honor, a council must fulfill five important requirements:

⭐ Columbian Award — Excellence in Faith in Action programs.

⭐ Founders Award — Promoting the fraternal benefits of the Order.

⭐ McGivney Award — Achieving the council's membership quota.

⭐ Safe Environment Compliance — Meeting the Order's Safe Environment requirements.

⭐ Administrative Excellence — Fulfilling all required reporting and administrative responsibilities.

Earning the Star Council Award reflects the dedication, teamwork, and commitment of the council's officers and members to strengthening our Order while serving their parish and community.

🙏 A Wonderful Witness for Life!

On Sunday during the 9:00 AM Mass at Our Lady Queen of Peace Roman Catholic Church, Hainesport, NJ, members of Knights of Columbus Council #12592 proudly presented a $2,000 donation to JoAnn DiNoia, Program Director for the Good Counsel Homes South Jersey Riverside location.

Good Counsel Homes does incredible, life-changing work for mothers and babies in need. They provide safe housing, compassionate counseling, life skills training, and spiritual support to pregnant women and new mothers facing homelessness or crisis situations, ensuring they have the resources and community needed to build a bright future for their families.

Thank you to everyone who supports our council's fundraising efforts to make contributions like this possible. Together, we can continue to stand for life and support mothers in our community!

Wonderful witness for life today! 🙏 On Saturday, October 11th, members of Knights of Columbus Council 12592 from Our Lady Queen of Peace Roman Catholic Church, Hainesport, NJ joined by brothers from neighboring councils, gathered in front of the Cherry Hill Women’s Center to pray the Rosary as part of the 40 Days for Life campaign.

Thankful for everyone who came out to pray for a culture of life, peace, and protection for the unborn.

Faith in action. Brothers for life. ✝️

On Tuesday, September 29, 2026, Knights of Columbus Santa Maria Council 1179 in Mount Holly, NJ, celebrated the Exemplification of Charity, Unity and Fraternity in honor of Fr. John Czahur, recognizing his dedicated service to our parish.

We proudly welcomed FOUR new members into the Third Degree! 🎉

The ceremony called us to live three founding principles:

❤️ CHARITY — Following Christ’s self-giving love on the Cross, we recognize Him in our neighbors and give of ourselves to serve their needs.

🤝 UNITY — Rooted in our shared Catholic faith, we stand together in purpose and action. Like individual fibers joined into a strong cable, our strength grows when we are bound together.

🛡️ FRATERNITY — We help carry one another’s burdens through prayer, encouragement, and practical support, caring for our brother Knights and their families and standing alongside our priests.

The raised rosary reminded us to seek Mary’s intercession. Entrusted to her protection as Our Lady of Guadalupe, our Order turns to her to draw us closer to Jesus.

Welcome, Brothers! Let’s grow in faith and serve together.

🙏 KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS: PROPHETS OF HARMONY

Pope Leo XIV has issued a special call to the Knights of Columbus: to be “prophets of harmony” in a world marked by division and conflict.

How can we answer this call?

🤝 By building bridges instead of creating barriers.
👂 By listening with humility to those who think differently.
❤️ By practicing Charity, because serving others brings people together.
🕊️ By promoting reconciliation in our families, parishes, councils, and communities.
🌎 By living Unity in our diversity, welcoming brothers from different cultures and languages, united in one faith.

Being prophets of harmony does not mean giving up our convictions. It means defending the truth with charity and living our faith in such a way that Christ is the One who unites us.

As Knights, we have a special opportunity to show that people from different cultures, generations, and languages can work together as brothers in the service of God and our neighbor.

🙏 CABALLEROS DE COLÓN: PROFETAS DE LA ARMONÍA

El Papa León XIV nos ha hecho un llamado especial a los Caballeros de Colón: ser “profetas de la armonía” en un mundo marcado por divisiones y enfrentamientos.

¿Cómo podemos responder a este llamado?

🤝 Construyendo puentes en lugar de levantar barreras.
👂 Escuchando con humildad a quienes piensan diferente.
❤️ Practicando la Caridad, porque el servicio une a las personas.
🕊️ Promoviendo la reconciliación en nuestras familias, parroquias, Consejos y comunidades.
🌎 Viviendo la Unidad en nuestra diversidad, acogiendo a hermanos de diferentes culturas e idiomas bajo una misma fe.

Ser profetas de la armonía no significa renunciar a nuestras convicciones. Significa defender la verdad con caridad y vivir nuestra fe de tal manera que Cristo sea quien nos una.
