Ever wonder why Occupational Therapy (OT) is recommended privately, but denied at school?

Join Danvers SEPAC for a virtual parent education workshop breaking down why OT eligibility varies across settings, and what that could mean for your child.

Guest speaker Cody Lukasik, a licensed OT, brings a unique perspective as both a school-based therapist and the founder of Emerging Kids OT, a Wellesley-based practice providing in-home OT services across Massachusetts. Cody will help explain how these different systems operate and offer insight on the wide range of OT strategies and interventions that can support growth, regulation, functional skills, and meaningful participation for students in everyday environments.

This workshop may be especially helpful for parents navigating IEPs, 504s, or private evaluations.

This Wednesday, April 15 | 6–7:30 PM
Location: Virtual
